Peak Schedule
During peak season, the sites and cabins fill up very quickly. We recommend at least 1 month in advance to reserve a weekend date, and at least 3 months to reserve holidays and during peak leaf change.

We are open for reservations starting Monday, February 12, 2025 and will be available Monday - Friday 10:30am - 2:30pm.
We will be open for camping Friday, February 14, 2025, weather permitting, through Thanksgiving weekend.

All reservations must be made over the phone.
We do not have online booking at this time.
Deposit
We require a deposit equal to the first night's rent on each site or cabin in order to confirm a reservation. We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express.
Changes to reservation
If you are want to change the dates of your reservation, not cancel, please review the following guidelines:
For 1 Site or Cabin:
Any change made 30 days prior to arrival, no fees incurred.
Any changes made between 7 and 30 days, you may incur a fee up to 50% of your deposit.
For 2-4 Sites or Cabins:
Any changes made 60 days prior to arrival, no fees incurred.
Any changes made between cancellation window listed below and 60 days, you may incur a fee up to 50% of your deposit.
Any attempted changes outside of guidelines will be charged full reservation before any changes will made.

Please carefully read the following information about our Cancellation Policy.
When planning your vacation, it’s important to plan for the possibility of inclement weather as we do not accept cancellation due to weather conditions.
Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 fee. Reservations cancelled Between 3 and 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the reservation stay.
Reservations cancelled less than 2 nights before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind..
